The last 12th December, the National Technological Center for Mercury Decontamination participated in the "Escuelas Prácticas RR.TT" for second consecutive year. These practical exercises are organized by the UME (Military Disaster Relief Unit), which is member of the Armed Forces. This year, the practices were devoted to "CHEMICAL RISK AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION"

The last July, 12th took place the first meeting in the EIMIA between researchers of the University of Castilla La Mancha and the National Technological Centre for Mercury Decontamination, with the main objective to establish contacts and to develop future research projects related to mercury.
